Ingredients

Graham Cracker Crust

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick unsalted butter melted

Key Lime Pie filling

  • 3 cups sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup key lime juice
  • tbsp lime zest

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Graham Cracker Crust

  • In a medium mixing bowl, add graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Stir to combine. Press into a 9-inch pie plate. Set aside.

Pie filling

  • In a medium bowl, stir together the condensed milk, sour cream, lime juice, and zest. Mix well and pour into the graham cracker crust.
  • Bake for 5-8 minutes, until tiny bubbles burst on the pie's surface. Be careful not to brown!
  • Chill the pie for a few hours before serving. Garnish with whipped cream and lime zest or lime slices.

Notes

Pro tip:  use the back side of a spoon to press the graham cracker crumbs into the pie plate.
No need to bake the pie crust.
