Ingredients
Graham Cracker Crust

graham cracker crumbs

Key Lime Pie filling

sweetened condensed milk

sour cream

key lime juice

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Graham Cracker Crust
In a medium mixing bowl, add graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Stir to combine. Press into a 9-inch pie plate. Set aside.
Pie filling
In a medium bowl, stir together the condensed milk, sour cream, lime juice, and zest. Mix well and pour into the graham cracker crust.
Bake for 5-8 minutes, until tiny bubbles burst on the pie's surface. Be careful not to brown!
Chill the pie for a few hours before serving. Garnish with whipped cream and lime zest or lime slices.
Notes
Pro tip: use the back side of a spoon to press the graham cracker crumbs into the pie plate.
No need to bake the pie crust.
