- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

Key Lime Pie filling
- 3 cups sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¾ cup key lime juice
- 1½ tbsp lime zest
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Graham Cracker Crust
- In a medium mixing bowl, add graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Stir to combine. Press into a 9-inch pie plate. Set aside.
Pie filling
- In a medium bowl, stir together the condensed milk, sour cream, lime juice, and zest. Mix well and pour into the graham cracker crust.
- Bake for 5-8 minutes, until tiny bubbles burst on the pie's surface. Be careful not to brown!
