Ingredients

Chocolate Graham Cracker Crust

  • 2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs about 24 graham crackers
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • ¼ cup sugar

Chocolate Strawberry Pie

  • 12 oz cool whip
  • 3.9 oz instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pint strawberries (washed and sliced)
  • 1 oz dark chocolate melted
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

Chocolate Graham Cracker Crust

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix well and press into the bottom of the spring form pan.

Chocolate Strawberry Pie

  • To a medium bowl, add the Cool Whip, instant pudding packet, and sour cream. Whisk together until combined.
  • Pour half of the mixture into the pan over the pie crust. Layer with sliced strawberries. Add the remaining chocolate fluff on top of the strawberries.
  • Melt the dark chocolate and butter together. Drizzle over the top.
  • Chill for a few hours before serving.

Notes

If filling is too thick to spread, add 1-2 tbsp of milk.
