Ingredients
Chocolate Graham Cracker Crust
- 2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs about 24 graham crackers
- ½ cup butter melted
- ¼ cup sugar
Chocolate Strawberry Pie
- 12 oz cool whip
- 3.9 oz instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 pint strawberries (washed and sliced)
- 1 oz dark chocolate melted
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
Chocolate Graham Cracker Crust
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix well and press into the bottom of the spring form pan.
Chocolate Strawberry Pie
- To a medium bowl, add the Cool Whip, instant pudding packet, and sour cream. Whisk together until combined.
- Pour half of the mixture into the pan over the pie crust. Layer with sliced strawberries. Add the remaining chocolate fluff on top of the strawberries.
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter together. Drizzle over the top.
- Chill for a few hours before serving.
Notes
If filling is too thick to spread, add 1-2 tbsp of milk.
