Meatloaf Ingredients
2lbsground beef 85/15
1mediumonion, diced
1tspolive oil
⅓cup milk
2 lg eggs
3clovesgarlic, minced
2tbspketchup
¾cuppanko
3tbspfresh parsley
1tspItalian seasoning
1tspsalt
½tspground black pepper
Sauce Ingredients
¾cupketchup
1½tspwhite vinegar
2tbspbrown sugar
½tspgarlic powder
½tsp onion powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Finely chop the onion and add it to the hamburger meat in a large bowl. Add all of the following meatloaf ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
Spray or grease the meatloaf pan(s).
Divide the mixture evenly and place into each meatloaf pan. Do not pack down too tightly. Place all of the meatloaf pans on a cookie sheet and bake for 40 minutes.
Remove from the oven and top with the meatloaf sauce. Continue cooking for an additional 10-15 minutes. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before serving.
