Ingredients

Graham Cracker Crust

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp sugar melted
  • 1 stick buttter melted

Pie Filling

  • 1 pkg whipped topping
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • cups confectionary sugar sifted
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp almond flavoring
  • 1 quart fresh strawberries sliced

Instructions

Graham Cracker Crust

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Pour the crumb mixture into a large pie plate, then press down on the bottom and around the sides and edges. Back at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Pie Filling

  • Prepare the whipped topping per package instructions.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and almond flavoring. Add the whipped topping to the cream cheese mix and beat together with the mixer.
  • Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust. Top with sliced strawberries.
