Ingredients

  • 28 oz diced tomatoes
  • 14.5 oz rotel (original)
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • ΒΌ cup onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp cummin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 handful fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 tbsp chopped jalapenos (pick out the seeds) optional - for heat

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender and puree to the desired consistency.
  • Best if chilled for about two hours before serving.
