2lbssalmon filets
1tbspbrown sugar
1tspgarlic powder
1tspsmoked paprika
½tspsalt
½tspground black pepper
¼tspcumin
2tbspmaple syrup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Rinse salmon filets and pat dry with paper towels. Place on a baking sheet.
In a small bowl, stir together brown sugar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and cumin. Sprinkle over salmon filets, covering as much as possible. Drizzle each filet with maple syrup.
Roast for 10-15 minutes, until the salmon just flakes with a fork.
