Ingredients
½cupvegetable oil
1cup sugar
1tspvanilla
2largeeggs
¼tspbaking powder
⅓cupcocoa powder
¼tspsalt
½cupflour
6ozdark chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9 x 9 pan.
In a medium bowl, stir together the oil and sugar. Add in the eggs and vanilla and mix well.
In a separate bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together. Add the dry mix into the oil and sugar mixture. Add the chocolate chips and stir until well blended.
Pour into a greased pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until sides just start to pull away from pan.
Cool completely before cutting.
Notes
Double the recipe and a 9 x 13 pan. Bake 20 minutes longer.Add 1/4 cup chopped walnuts for additional texture.
