- 2 large avocados
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp onion, diced
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Halve the avocados, throwing away the pit and removing the flesh from the peel. Place the flesh in a bowl.
Add in the diced onions and minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
Using a potato masher or fork, mash the ingredients together in the bowl.
Serve with Tostitos or corn chips or as a topping on your favorite Mexican dish.
