¼cupfinely chopped pecans
1tspchili powder

Instructions
Let cheeses stand at room temperature to soften.
Combine cheeses, lemon juice, and garlic in a medium bowl. Using a mixer, blend until light and fluffy. Sprinkle in the nuts.
Shape into a roll 1½ inches across. On a piece of aluminum foil, sprinkle the spice mixture evenly lengthwise. Roll the log in the spice mixture, coating it all over.
