Ingredients

  • ¼ cup butter
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 cups parm
  • cups asiago
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, melt the butter. Add the garlic and sauté until soft.
  • Add in the heavy cream and warm until simmering for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Over medium heat, stir in the cheeses and cook until bubbling, stirring constantly to prevent sticking or burning.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
