- green pepper
- onion

- beef consume’
- soy sauce
- butter
How to cook Spanish rice
Dice the green pepper, chop the onion, and slice the mushrooms. Cut the butter into one-tablespoon chunks. Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir together. Pour into a 9×13 casserole dish.
Bake for 45 minutes. Cool and serve.

- 1½ cups long grain rice
- 1 stick butter dice into pieces
- 1 8 oz mushrooms sliced
- ½ medium green pepper chopped
- 2 10 oz cans beef consomme' soup
- 1 small onion diced
- ¼ cup soy sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Chop the green pepper and dice the onion. Cut the butter into tablespoon chunks and set aside.
- Mix all the ingredients except for the butter in a bowl. Pour into a 9×13 casserole dish. Place butter pieces on top of the dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
