Ingredients

  • 2 lbs salmon filets
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Rinse salmon filets and pat dry with paper towels. Place on a baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, stir together brown sugar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and cumin. Sprinkle over salmon filets, covering as much as possible. Drizzle each filet with maple syrup.
  • Roast for 10-15 minutes, until the salmon just flakes with a fork.
