Ingredients

  • 2 large avocados
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp onion, diced
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Halve the avocados, throwing away the pit and removing the flesh from the peel. Place the flesh in a bowl.
  • Add in the diced onions and minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Using a potato masher or fork, mash the ingredients together in the bowl.
  • Serve with Tostitos or corn chips or as a topping on your favorite Mexican dish.
