Ingredients

  • 1 lb angel food cake
  • 16 oz fresh strawberries sliced
  • 16 oz blueberries
  • 10 oz lemon curd
  • 16 oz cool whip

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine cool whip and lemon curd until well blended. Set aside.
  • In a trifle dish or 9×13 pan, layer bite-sized pieces of angel food cake, blueberries, and strawberries, then top with the cool whip mixture. When you get to the last layer, place the angel food cake and top with the cream mixture. End with the berries on top.
