- Spices – a blend of brown sugar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt and black pepper blend together to make a bold but not too spicy BBQ blend.

Maple BBQ Salmon

Ingredients
- 2 lbs salmon filets
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Rinse salmon filets and pat dry with paper towels. Place on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, stir together brown sugar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and cumin. Sprinkle over salmon filets, covering as much as possible. Drizzle each filet with maple syrup.
- Roast for 10-15 minutes, until the salmon just flakes with a fork.
