Ingredients

  • 2 large Granny Smith apples diced
  • 1 large Red Delicious apple diced
  • 1 cup celery thinly sliced
  • 1 cup walnuts toasted
  • cup golden raisins
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • tsp honey
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Core and dice the apples in bite-size pieces. Wash and halve the grapes. Thinly slice the celery. Toast the walnuts. Toss all of these together in a large bowl.
  • In a medium bowl, add the yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, salt, and pepper. Whisk together to combine.
