Hot Brown Sliders

If you’re hosting for Derby season, these Hot Brown Sliders are the move. They’re everything we love about the iconic Kentucky Hot Brown — the turkey, the bacon, the creamy Mornay sauce — but tucked into soft, toasty slider buns that make them perfect for grazing tables, backyard parties, and all‑day Derby nibbling. They feel festive without being fussy, and they disappear fast.
I love serving these when I want something warm and comforting that still feels bite‑sized and party‑friendly. They’re easy to prep ahead, they bake beautifully in a single pan, and they bring that unmistakable Kentucky flavor to the table. If you’re building a Derby spread with mini sandwiches, dips, and small bites, these sliders slide right into the lineup.

Make Ahead Tip
Assemble the sliders earlier in the day, keep them covered in the fridge, and bake them off right before guests arrive. The sauce keeps everything moist and melty, so they reheat like a dream.
