These chocolate brownies are the perfect balance of chewy and decadent, delivering rich, melt-in-your-mouth flavor with every bite. Their fudgy texture and irresistible chocolate taste make them a delightful treat for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs (large)
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup flour
- 6 oz dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9 x 9 pan.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the oil and sugar. Add in the eggs and vanilla and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together. Add the dry mix into the oil and sugar mixture. Add the chocolate chips and stir until well blended.
- Pour into a greased pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until sides just start to pull away from pan.
- Cool completely before cutting.
Notes
Double the recipe and a 9 x 13 pan. Bake 20 minutes longer.
Add 1/4 cup chopped walnuts for additional texture.
